A Drop In Time
This is my first attempt at "freezing time" using my point & shoot camera.
I've always been interested in freezing moving objects ever since i saw a picture in Reader's Digest of a bullet cutting through a piece of playing card and one going through an egg. I was mesmerized because it is nearly impossible to see a bullet in motion.
Capturing moments in time is difficult because there are no rehearsals. They just occur once and they are gone. It is essential that i would learn this because i like to take photos with subjects that are not coached or arranged. I continuously learning how to anticipate moments and be ready with my camera to capture such moment that would provoke emotion.
