Watcher of the Sea

While waiting for my boat ride to an island, i saw this man documenting the boats in front of him. He writes his observations in his ledger, looking intently on the action in his presence.

It makes me wonder, as the man documents the boats activities, there is also someone who documents all my activities here on earth. Watching over me, recording my activities is life. I'm just hoping that i made more hits than misses.
